Subject Status

Your study should contain basic fields related to your subjects’ statuses. For example, in your Informed Consent phase or step,  for historical clarity add the question of whether or not the subject was enrolled in the study. 

This simple “yes or no” question, can be used to provide enrollment information on the main Records tab. After creating your question in the form builder, you can customize your columns so that you can display this information.



It is also recommended that an “End of Study” phase be built into your study. Here, you can collect study completion information:

If a subject was discontinued early, this information can also be included along with the reasons why.


You can also create custom columns on the Records tab for completion status.
