The schematic below shows an overview of the structure of Castor.
The structure is comprised of:
- Study forms: The actual "Case Report Form". When you create a record, this form is automatically generated.
- Reports: Repeating forms that can be used for data from Adverse Event reports, medication, and frequently taken measurements such as blood pressure. They have a one-to-many (1:N) relation with the record.
- Surveys: Surveys you can send to participants using their email address. All surveys are sent in bulk using a so-called "survey package".
