For performance reasons, import cannot contain more than 25000 data points (rows * columns). If you would like to import the dataset that contains more than 25000 data points, there are several options:
- Split the dataset into several parts that contain fewer than 25000 data points and import each part separately. More information about importing data can be found in the ''Import study data in EDC/CDMS'' article.
- Use the API to import the data. The full API specification is available on https://data.castoredc.com/api
For a custom solution in case you would like to migrate the data from another system, please contact support@castoredc.com and provide us with the following information:
- Number of data points that you would like to import
- How the input data is formatted,
- Any other relevant information.
