We have built an app as part of a larger research infrastructure provided by Castor, that supports the recruitment and enrollment of healthy volunteers to support COVID-19 studies. This app asks healthy volunteers to report their symptoms on a day to day basis, so that the population can be monitored by trained healthcare professionals through real-time dashboards.

To be able to use it, volunteers must be enrolled on the Castor COVID-19 research platform. 

The use of the app is for medical research purposes only. It does NOT provide any medical recommendations and does NOT include contact tracing functionality.
