When are "Manage Participants" rights necessary in EDC/CDMS?
If a user has 'Manage Participants' rights, they will be able to access the Participants tab while the study is not live (e.g., for testing purposes).
They are still only able to see the participants for the sites that they have rights for. In addition, 'Manage Participants' allows the user to also see the Statistics tab, which shows an overview of all inclusions.
