Videos can be an effective way to convey important information to participants, and our platform facilitates the integration of videos into the ICFs. Currently, it's possible to add a link to a video.
To add a video, simply use the "Insert/Edit Link" option available in the "Form text" section while creating or editing an ICF.
Follow these steps:
- Click on “Insert/Edit Link.”
- In the URL field, paste the link to your video.
- Provide the “Text to display” that participants will click on to view the video.
- Under “Open link in…”, select “New window” to ensure the video opens in a new tab, providing a seamless experience for the participant.
- Click “Save” to embed the video link in your ICF.
By integrating videos, you can enhance the engagement and understanding of participants, making the consent process more informative and interactive.
