In Castor CDMS you have the option to verify collected data in your study. You can export verification information as part of the Participant Data export.
File types
Verification information can be exported from Castor CDMS in the following formats:
- CSV
- Excel
File contents
Verifications are exported in two separate files: custom verifications and Source Data Verifications (SDV).
The following columns are present in these export files, where every row is a verification action (added, dropped, or removed) for a visit or form.
| Participant Id | The ID (Identifier) of the participant |
| Visit name | The name of the visit where the form is located on |
| Form name | The name of the form |
| Repeating data instance name | If applicable: The name of the repeating data instance |
| Repeating data form name | If applicable: The name of the repeating data form |
| Verification date | The date when the visit or form was verified |
| Verification user | The name of the user who verified the visit or form |
| Verification type | The type of verification |
| Action | The action that was performed: added, dropped, or removed |
| Dropped / removed date | In case of a dropped verification: The date when the verification was dropped or removed |
| Dropped / removed by user | In case of a dropped verification: The name of the user that dropped or removed the verification |
| Dropped for field Id | In case of a dropped verification: The ID of the field the drop relates to. If there is no variable name present, the label is used. |
| Dropped for field variable name / label | In case of a dropped verification: The variable name of the field the drop relates to. If there is no variable name present, the label is used. |
Requesting an export
Verifications can be exported as part of the Participant Data export.
