When two studies are linked via the Form Sync feature, a new event is created and added to the audit trails of the production study and the test study.
- ‘Link Study created’ event contains:
- Linked By: <username> <email>
- Linked On: <date> <time>
- ‘Study unlinked’ event contains:
- Unlinked By: <username> <email>
- Unlinked On: <date> <time>
When changes are pushed from the test study to its linked production study, new events are created and added to the audit trails of the production study only. Syncing will not cause any audit trial events to appear in the test study.

- Linked On: <date> <time>
- Source of the change: Sync applied from linked < studyName> study
- ‘Sync from source study completed’ event contains:
