- The patient will register their interest on the landing page (enrollment portal) by submitting the required information.
- Minimum Participant Information Required: Email address
- Upon registration on the landing page (enrollment portal), the participant is redirected to a one-time password (OTP) prompt where they will enter a code sent to the email address provided on the enrollment portal.
- Once the OTP code is confirmed, the participant is redirected to a Castor prescreening survey, where they will answer eligibility questions
- Eligible Participants who complete the prescreening survey, will be redirected to Castor eConsent.
- Ineligible participants will not be redirected
- The participant can then review & sign the required eICF.
- To electronically sign the ICF, the participant enters their email address and confirms the OTP code one more time
Order of Events
- Participant registers on landing page = Identity account created. (OTP request)
- The record is then created in CDMS (prescreening study). (Participant redirected to screening survey)
- If eligible, the record is created in eConsent. (Participant redirected to eConsent).
