When a participant record is created in Castor eConsent, the site team can proceed with the standard on-site signing workflow (i.e. same as currently in place today)
If an email address has been recorded when creating the participant record in Castor eConsent, the participant would be able to post consent follow the OTP workflow at home to create an eConsent account and access their signed documentation remotely
