OTP: Landing Page > Participant Consent > CDMS

1. The patient will register their interest on the landing page (enrollment portal) by submitting the required information.
   • Minimum Participant Information Required: Email address
2. Upon registration on the landing page (enrollment portal), the participant is redirected to a one-time password (OTP) prompt where they will enter a code sent to the email address provided on the enrollment portal.
3. Once the OTP code is confirmed, the participant is redirected to Castor eConsent.
4. The participant can then review & sign the required eICF.
5. To electronically sign the ICF, the participant enters their email address and confirms the OTP code one more time.
6. Upon an agreed trigger, the record is created in CDMS (real study).
   • Trigger is either 1) Participant signs ICF or 2) ICF is countersigned by study staff.

Order of Events

1. Participant registers on landing page = Identity account created. (OTP request)
2. The record is then created in eConsent. (Participant redirected to eConsent).
3. The record is created in CDMS (real study) upon a defined trigger.
