At a glance
- You’ll continue to log in with your eConsent password on all Castor apps (CDMS, eConsent and other)
- You’ll still use the same login page.
- You'll be able to log in to all CDMS and eConsent data regions with the same credentials.
- If you have 2FA set up with an authenticator app in one or more data regions of CDMS, you can use any of those apps to authenticate. You'll now be required to use 2FA on eConsent as well, if you have it configured for CDMS.
Step-by-step login (CDMS)
Go to the CDMS login page as usual. For example, open https://data.castoredc.com for the NL data region.
Enter your email and click Continue.
Use the password from the last data region you were active in. You’ve received an email specifying which region that was.
Didn’t receive an email yet? Then your account has not been migrated, and this page does not apply to you (yet).
You may be prompted to enter a code from your 2FA authenticator app. If you have multiple apps set up for different data regions, you can choose which one to use via the radio buttons.
Login on eConsent
The login experience for eConsent does not change.
My Account
Once you’re logged in, you can manage your account details through the My Account panel.
- After logging in, click Account in the bottom-left menu.
- In this panel you can:
- Update your name
- Change your password
- View and manage your account settings
