If a participant needs to re-activate their Castor Connect App, follow these steps:
Open the Participant Record: Navigate to the specific record of the participant you wish to update.
Access the Castor Connect Section: Click on the Castor Connect section within the record.
Choose Activation Method: A pop-up window will appear offering two options:
Generate QR Code: Select this if the participant is physically on-site. They can open the Castor Connect App and scan the code directly from your screen to re-activate.
Resend Email Invitation: Select this to send an automated email to the participant. They simply need to click the link within the email to complete the re-activation process.
