Questionnaires

New features

Questionnaires with nine field types

Affected area: Questionnaires

Participants can complete questionnaires built from radio buttons, checkboxes, numbers, text, numeric rating scales, sliders, date and time, template content, and signatures. Each page shows progress, supports Next and Back navigation, and requires required fields to be completed before the participant can continue.

Conditional questions and a summary page before submission

Affected area: Questionnaires

Questions can appear or disappear based on earlier answers, and the question counter adjusts when questions are hidden. Participants can review all of their answers on an optional summary page before they submit.

Signing questionnaires by typing or drawing

Affected area: Questionnaires

Participants can sign a questionnaire by typing their signature, drawing it, or choosing either method, depending on how the field is set up. A required drawn signature cannot be left blank.

Sign in with an email address and a one-time code

Inactivity warning and automatic sign-out

Affected area: Participant Access

Participants see a warning after 19 minutes of inactivity and are signed out after 20 minutes. Interacting with the warning keeps the session active.

Known release limitations

Signature fields cannot currently be used in conditional logic, either as the question that controls other questions or as a question that depends on another.
Re-authentication before or during signing is not available yet.
