What is a billing code? How do I get it?

What is a billing code?

This is an alphanumeric or alphabetic code given after the contract is signed. This is used when it’s time to set your study to live. If your study is sponsored by a commercial entity, then you will need a billing code. The billing code should be entered in the 'Billing Information' section in the settings tab. See instructions on how to set your study to live using a billing code.

How do I get it?

If your organization has a site Castor Study Subscription, you may contact your local Clinical Trial Unit (site/organization Research Department) to request the billing code. The Billing Code may also be found on the intranet page of the institute, where applicable.

In all other cases, please contact sales@castoredc.com to request a billing code.
