You can find the client ID and secret in your Account Settings in Castor. You can access your Account Settings from the blue bar, hover over 'Account', then click on 'Settings'.

Find your user credentials in the tab "Castor EDC API" subtab.

  • When you regenerate your client secret, then your 'older' secrets will become invalid - i.e., make sure that you always use the most recent one. We recommend storing your secret safely with a password manager.
  • Do not share your client ID and secret, as these will give you the same access to your account and studies as your username and password will do. We at Castor will never ask for your client ID and secret.
