We are excited to announce the launch of Castor eConsent!

Castor now supports recruitment of patients through a customized portal that automates enrollment workflows. This includes a study-unique enrollment page and a flow to obtain electronic informed consent from the participants. 

How will it work?

In a nutshell: participants can register their interest in participating in the study through a customized enrollment portal. Afterwards they will receive an email prompting them to sign up in the eConsent portal, where they can review and sign the informed consent with a digital signature. 

Additional features in our eConsent module include video-calling with the participant, to allow for identity verification and provision of further information on the study, screening surveys where only eligible participants would be able to sign the eConsent etc. As an add-on Castor module it can be customized to your specific project necessities, such as hybrid paper/digital consent procedures. 

And of course, it is fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, standalone platform for online enrollment, screening, eConsent and Telehealth. You can read more about it here.
