Through Castor, it is possible to send surveys which can be completed either via a web browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox) or via Castor Connect app.
Surveys created for web browsers
Castor surveys can be used on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, but are not fully optimized for such use. That means that while everything will work normally, the appearance of the survey might not be optimal on a mobile, and some additional scrolling will be necessary.
We are working on improving the overall interface of surveys to make them fully compatible with mobile.

Surveys created for the Castor Connect app
Castor Connect is Castor’s mobile application, enabling participants to complete their study assessments (‘surveys’) from the comfort of their personal devices. Devices running Android 7 and upwards and iOS 12 and upwards are supported. We estimate that 95%+ of mobile devices in use today will be capable of using the application.
