At present, all surveys within the EDC/CDMS environment use a unified, system-wide font size that ensures visual consistency and accessibility across studies.
To maintain this standardized user experience, the platform does not currently support customizing text size for individual survey questions, field labels, or other form elements.
While we understand that greater flexibility in font styling can enhance certain study designs or participant experiences, this functionality is not yet available.
Our product teams continually evaluate feature requests, and enhancements to survey appearance may be considered in future releases.
