After a survey has been created in the Study Design, you can use the survey button to allow users to quickly send the survey from your CRF.
Steps to create the field:
- Go to Study Design
- Go to Forms
- Select the Visit and Form from the Structure Builder, on which the button will be located
- Select the field type from the list
- Add the name of the button
- Link to the previously created survey that you want to be sent
- Save
