Doing this may lead to additional fees in certain cases.
To request a backup recovery, please contact support@castoredc.com and include the following details:
- The reason the backup should be made
- The title of the study
- The closest date and time point that the recovery should date back to
Please note that any changes made in the study after the indicated date and time will be lost.
