At least two times a day, all eCRFs in Castor CDMS are backed up.
The daily backups are retained for 28 days.
The monthly back up files are kept for one year.
Reserve copies can be restored but this might add additional costs.
You can also back up your eCRF forms and data yourself by exporting the data and storing it on your computer. Please consult the following articles:
